Welcome to Hola Charlotte! By using our website (Holaclt.com) and enrolling in our language programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Services Offered

Hola Charlotte provides virtual language learning services, including live online Spanish and English classes, cultural workshops, and learning materials for both individuals and organizations.

 

2. Registration & Accounts

To enroll in a class or service, you may be required to provide accurate personal information. You agree not to share your account or login information with others. Parents or legal guardians must register on behalf of minors.

 

3. Class Use & Conduct

All classes are for personal, non-commercial use. Students agree to participate respectfully and not disrupt sessions. We reserve the right to remove participants for inappropriate behavior or violation of these terms.

 

4. Payments

Payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise arranged. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit/debit cards via secure payment processors.

 

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed classes without notice may not be refunded or rescheduled.

  • Packages or class credits must be used within 60 days of purchase, unless stated otherwise.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

 

6. Minors

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must register and communicate with Hola Charlotte on your behalf. We do not collect personal information from minors without verified adult consent. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Intellectual Property

All class materials, videos, lesson plans, and website content are the property of Hola Charlotte and may not be copied, recorded, or redistributed without written permission.

8. Third-Party Tools

We may use third-party tools (e.g., Zoom, Calendly, Wix) to deliver services. We are not responsible for the privacy or functionality of these services but strive to partner with accessible and secure platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hola Charlotte is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services or website. You agree to use our services at your own risk.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
